Song Station is a subsidiary platform/service of Allison Tech Ltd.

Song Station is a service that provides HD Karaoke Videos streamed over the internet to any compatible device such as laptops/desktops, tablets, smart phones and other devices.

By using the Song Station streaming service you are automatically entered into the terms outlined in this document. If there is anything detailed in this document that concerns you please feel free to Contact a Member of the Team

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. By continuing to use the Song Station service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

Services

Song Station offer a free 7 day pass to trial the service; this offer is only applicable once. After the 7 day trial expires, unless cancelled, the customer will be billed one month in advance.

• Monthly Package - A subscription package which will be billed £5.99 every month until cancelled. Subscriptions are managed safely & securely by Paypal. Cancellations can be instantly applied from the My Account section of the Members Area or by contacting a Song Station rep. Upon cancellation, the account would naturally expire at the end of the billing period.

All history, playlists, performers etc data will remain on our system when the user cancels subscription or when the 24 Hour Party Pass expires. If the account is reactivated all of this data would be restored.

License and Usage

The Song Station streaming service and the content provided through it is the property of Song Station. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to make personal, non-commercial use on a streaming-only basis. You agree NOT to use the service for public performances.

All Song Station trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Song Station brand are the sole property of Song Station ("Trademarks"). This Licence does not grant you any rights to use these Trademarks for commercial or non-commercial use.

You agree to abide by our User Guidelines (below) and not to use the Song Station streaming service (including but not limited to its content) in any manner not expressly permitted by these terms.

User Guidelines

Song Station respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. This means, for example, that the following is not permitted:

• Copying, reproducing, "ripping", recording, or making available to the public any part of the Song Station streaming services or content delivered to you via the Song Station services, or otherwise any making use of the Song Station streaming service which is not expressly permitted under these terms;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modification or creating derivative works based on Song Station streaming services or any part thereof;
• Circumventing any technology used by Song Station, or any third party to protect content accessible through the service; renting or leasing of any part of the services; circumventing of any territorial restrictions applied by Song Station;
• Artificially increasing play count or otherwise manipulating the services by using a script or other automated process;
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices contained on or provided through the Song Station streaming service;
• Granting access to your password to any other person, or using any other person’s user name and password.
• Interfering with the Song Station streaming service, tamper with or attempts to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in the Service or Song Station's computer systems or network, or breaches any of Song Station's security or authentication measures.

You agree that Song Station may monitor usage levels, including without limitation, content usage levels by individual users. We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to monitor and control data volume. Should your usage be beyond what is deemed reasonable usage, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to reduce, suspend or terminate your service.

Data Usage

If you choose to access www.songstation.co.uk charges may apply from your internet provider or mobile data provider. This is up to your discretion and Song Station are not liable for any charges that may be incurred.

Billing & Cancellations

All of our payments are handled safely and securely by Paypal. You may cancel your Song Station streaming subscription at any time and access to the streaming service will be terminated at the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. To cancel, go to the "My Account" page in the Members Area of our website and follow the instructions for cancellation.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

All of the Song Station HD Karaoke Videos are provided by Digitop Ltd.
